My family and I had the best experience at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Diana checked us in, and she was very friendly and explained everything in great detail. The staff cleaning the rooms and the staff in the breakfast area were very attentive and welcoming. Every part of the hotel looked clean and pristine. I will definitely be returning on my next trip.
My husband and I recently visited Las Vegas for the first time and had a consistently pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn. We enjoyed a leisurely walk to the main strip, taking a shortcut through the MGM to cool off. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff provided exceptional service. We requested towels to be delivered to our door, and upon our return, they were waiting for us. We also asked a housekeeper for pool towels, and they kindly assisted us. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The room was clean . We enjoyed our stay .. only thing I can say the plug in next to the bed for USB they were broke so I couldn’t charger my phone next to bed ..
Highly recommend for a budget friendly place that is clean, reliable, with predictable holiday inn set up, cleanliness and style and close to the strip. If you don’t like casino smells and noise like much of the hotels in this area… pick a place like this that doesn’t have that.
We loved our stay! Upon checking in we felt like an important guest. Alicia checked us and was very professional and friendly. Recommended some good restaurants and shows. Loraine also was there when we checked and also made us feel important. We loved the pool, hot tub and no smoking on the premises. A great value for the price of our stay. We were able to walk right to the strip and we were only 10-15 minutes away from the airport.
This hotel has it all! Located 10 minutes from the strip. Great people who are friendly, knowledgeable and professional Tasty free breakfast, microwave and fridge Clean rooms. Great pool and large hot tub I will stay here every time I come to Las Vegas. Luisa and Desiree went out of their way to make my stay wonderful!
Excellent stay here! And after visiting some of the hotels on the strip, we were even more happy we picked this quieter off strip but still very close location. Easy check in process and we were offered either a partial strip view or airport view. We took the airport view and it was actually really nice! Got to see many planes taking off just outside the window. Great service, very nice breakfast and very comfortable room. I only wish the parking was free and included as it’s not and cost $20 but that’s my only slight negative.
We have a 4 night stay . Today was our first breakfast experience. Jaimil is great! Very attentive making sure everyone is doing well and staying on top of clearing tables and food area.
We recently had a dispute regarding parking fees at this hotel. When we checked out, the front desk told us there would be no charge, but we were surprised to receive a payment notice a month later. We contacted the hotel manager, Desiree, who was extremely proactive in resolving this issue for us. I am very satisfied with the service provided by the team.
